Our cast-iron cookware is made from just two ingredients: premium cast iron and kosher-certified, non-GMO European flaxseed oil. To maintain Victoria cast-iron cookware, we recommend hand-washing it using hot water and mild dish soap, then drying it with a towel. Afterward, rub a thin layer of oil on the cookware and store it in a cool, dry place.
